Chad – To cancel the hosting you would login to your account and click the “$payments” tab. Once there you can check next to the hosting and choose “cancel item”.
xlightgod – I get a full backup of my web hosting and do you know how to move my websites to another web hosting?
Chad – You would need to manually backup the content and then upload to the new hosting provider. We would not be able to assist with that.
xlightgod – I download a full backup on cPanel but I don’t know how to use it
xlightgod – It ended with .tar.gz
Chad – We would not be able to help with that unfortunately
Chad – That would be a backup file, you can upload that to your new hosting server
xlightgod – But it seems I can just load a part backup instead of a full backup
